I’ll never try to throw a mountain bike on the roof again. Our new GripSport Versa rack is so much easier to load, plus I don’t have to hear the whistling on the roof anymore, I would recommend this rack to anyone!

Today, I fitted the new Grip Sport Bolt-on Bike Mount and upright. What an incredible piece of equipment – sturdy and well-engineered. I’m thoroughly impressed. The rest of the bike rack fitted straight onto the new upright. Thank you once again for your outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and advice. It was a pleasure dealing with you. Great work! Now we can take the bikes away on the caravan again. The kids are thrilled and wanted to say thanks for the extra water bottles and glasses.

I just wanted to take the time to not only congratulate you on producing an amazing product but having some excellent staff. A week or so ago I wanted to add the tow-hitch extension to use on our new Defender, I called your office and was attended to by Talon, not only did he organise the part his service was outstanding.

I just had to write to you and tell you that I am absolutely over the moon with the service I received today from you, albeit over the phone and on loud speaker, and from your sales staff, so sorry his name escapes me. The parts I purchased today from Gripsport will make my life so much easier with our bike configuration on the old Gripsport carrier. I’m telling all my mates, who ride, and chuck their bikes in the back of the car with the front wheel detached to stuff that for a joke and get your carrier!

Put one on the front of our Mdc van. It’s been everywhere we have. Did the NT and the Oodnadatta track on our last trip and we are on our way home from the snowy mountains now Awesome piece of gear.
Do not buy another brand. Purchase a Gripsport Bike Rack……..let me explain. I have tried many brands and finally gave up on my last rack which was a Thule, so I found myself searching again and thats when I lucked upon the Gripsport website & was impressed with the short video which tested it’s own product in realistic lab conditions on a rig – this prompted me to call the phone number. A fella by the name of Andrew answered and I asked him four things 1) I have a Mitsubishi Pagero 2011 which has a factory wheel on the rear door of the wagon so I’ll need to know that the hitch is long enough? 2) I need to make sure that the bike rack has good ground clearance as we go bush? 3) I need to carry four adult sized 29er standard mountain bikes and they cannot touch each other – at all? 4) I want it to be a quick load on & off + worry free transport? 5) I need a rack to slip straight into my standard 50mm box tow reciever on the Mitsubishi Pajero? Andrew told me that the Gripsport GS4 with extended hitch would do the job. He then told me the price and I nearly died……too bloody expensive I told him!! But he remained calm and simply said, “You will not be dissapointed.” Andrew had such confidence that I decided to give it a crack. It was delivered by mail on time as promised. We did two small trips the other week and today we have driven from the Blue Mountains to South West Rocks which was six hours with four mountain bikes. The GS4 is outstanding and is solid as a rock. All our bikes are carbon and the did not move one millimeter. I did not even notice them on the back of the car. I am so proud that this is all made in Australia too, beautiful finish & lovely welding. We have planned a two week bike trip in and around Victoria & Jindabyne in January, cannot wait! By the way….this is a TRUE (4) BIKE CARRIER. The bikes do not touch each other whatsoever, which is very important when they are carbon. Other brands claim to carry (4) but its just not true. Take home message: Just get one!

I have owned and used many different bike racks over the years, both here and overseas, but after owning one of yours for the last year I can honestly say it is hands down the world’s best bike rack. G’day, Just thought I’d drop you a quick note to thank you for the great bike carrier and the great after sales service (it arrived a little roughed up and you freighted out new parts to exchange for the damage ones). This carrier is as good as I thought it would be – I can easily fit any bike to it in seconds (including combinations of my singlespeed 29er, all mountain rig, and my mates’ trail and free-ride rigs). Brilliant, easy to use, and makes ducking out for a quick ride after work just that – quick! Many thanks.
The shipment arrived in good order today. Assembly on the car was easy. It did take some time to get the adjustments right to suit the bikes, but probably no longer than the first fitting with the old beak style carrier I had. Most important was that it was less strain on my bad back. Congratulations on the thought that went into the design and on the quality of the workmanship.
Been meaning to drop you a note and thank you for the extra long hooks you made up for the bike rack (we met at Anglesea race and I bought a workstand). In my opinion it definitely makes for an even better rack, but more to the point is the impressive after sale service you provided. A rare thing these days! Keep up the good work, thanks again.
I took delivery of the carrier during the week and used it for the first time at the week-end. I can’t say how pleased I am with the carrier , easy to set up and perfectly functional. Appreciate your assistance in the swift despatch and the obvious pride you take in supplying a quality product.

Our rack arrived on Friday and had its first outing to a race yesterday. It is fantastically simple and quick to use. The team is all getting together for a launch in a week or two so I’ll take heaps of pics for you when all the bikes are on it.
Collected the rack on Friday arvo from the transport depot. Used it Sat morn – $14k of bikes on it for a 3 hour drive to Margaret River to ride the trails down there. Couldn’t have been happier – very well built, study rack – kept the bikes from touching each other at all. Exactly what I wanted! Very much appreciated and will happily recommend the rack to anyone who is chasing one!

Just a quick line to let you know how pleased I am with my 2 bike grip sport carrier. Really is super easy to use and my s-works stumpy (my 4th child) sits on its wheels with no strain on the frame. An excellent product. Also I ordered it when I was serving in Afghanistan and was really well looked after so thank you for that too.
In my opinion, this carrier is by far the best you can get. I love it. So easy to use. And because real “quality” is getting scarce nowadays, I’m just delighted when I get something that works like this AND is built to last!
