How can I pay for my order?
When buying online you can pay using VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Direct Deposit or Afterpay. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited when you confirm your order, but please allow up to 3 business days for a Direct Deposit to appear in our bank and note that orders will only be shipped after your payment has been cleared. If for any reason we can’t complete an order your payment will be refunded.
NOTE: Afterpay is available for all purchases with a checkout total value of up to $1,000. If you wish to use Afterpay but your order adds up to more than $1,000 you must submit multiple orders each totaling less than $1,000. Click here for details on Afterpay.
Is Australian GST calculated on orders?
Yes, prices on our website include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).
What price currency does GripSport use on the website?
All products are advertised in Australian dollars (AUD).
Are Customs and International Duties Tax payable on New Zealand orders?
Any international order can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. This does not always occur, but the assessment of duties and taxes (if any) will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country.
Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer and unfortunately, we have no control over such fees. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
